Competitive pay rates: £12.50 per hour on weekends and £15 per hour for evening shifts from 7pm to 11pm. Standard weekday hours are compensated at £12 per hour.

Your responsibilities will include aiding with daily activities, personal care, social interactions, community engagement, budgeting, medication management, and household tasks.

  • Guaranteed Hours – Unlike zero-hour contracts, we provide all team members with a guaranteed number of working hours each week, ranging from 8 to 40 hours, depending on your preference for part-time or full-time work.
  • Travel Compensation – We reimburse travel between clients at a rate of 40p per mile. A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are required for this role.
  • Professional Development – To ensure you deliver high-quality care, we provide comprehensive training through our in-house team. Additionally, community team members receive a work mobile phone to assist in their duties.
