About the Job

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail store team at THE CHANNEL RECRUITER LTD.

Job Summary:

  • Drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency through effective leadership and strategic planning.
  • Manage a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve company objectives, including marketing, sales, and operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Implement effective inventory management and stock control processes to minimize waste and optimize sales.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in retail management, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their best.
  • Experience working with audio visual products, with a deep understanding of market trends and consumer needs.

Salary: £31,000 per annum (plus benefits).
