Trust Financial Advisor

We are looking for a Trust Financial Advisor to join our finance team at Community Academies Trust. As a key advisor, you will provide financial guidance and support to senior leaders and governors, ensuring the Trust's financial scheme of delegation, policies, and procedures are complied with consistently and aligned to ESFA and UK Generally Accepted Accounting Practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform budgeting decisions.
- Provide financial guidance and support to senior leaders and governors.
- Collaborate with school leaders to develop and implement financial plans that support the Trust's strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial compliance and the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Requirements:- Strong understanding of financial compliance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with school leaders and governors.
Estimated salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
