Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to join our team and champion a consultative, tailored HR approach that adds real value to our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Development: Coach and develop our HR Business Partners to deliver high-quality HR advice.
- Strategic HR Initiatives: Lead the development and implementation of innovative HR strategies, challenging existing practices to enhance our position as an industry leader.
- Complex Employee Relations: Provide support on complex employee relations cases, including TUPE transfers and tribunal activities.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with Learning & Development and Talent & Resourcing teams to support our People Vision of 'Empowered & inspired people delivering exceptional service within a great place to work.'
