Job Title: Global Head of People Systems and Workday Expert

Job Summary:

Oakleaf Partnership North is working with a global financial services client to secure a Global Head of People Systems and Workday Expert to join them on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will lead the strategic direction, management, and optimisation of the company's global HR technology landscape across multiple European locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for global HR technology.
  • Deep understanding of Workday functionalities, with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior executives, HR teams, IT, and external partners.
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to deliver large-scale HRIS initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Experience driving change management programs, ensuring seamless transitions for system users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous system improvement.
