Job Description:
Dentsu is a global network of agencies that helps clients navigate the complexities of the modern business landscape. As a Senior HR Business Partner, Global Functions, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and transformation by providing expert HR and commercial knowledge to partner strategically with the business within Global Functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business's values and goals.
- Work closely with senior functional leaders to understand their needs and develop solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Lead and advise on key organizational people change management initiatives, including organization culture change, business process re-engineering, reorganizations, and organizational design.
- Utilize data and insights to support leaders and drive informed decision-making.
- Ensure that the bulk of HR investment is focused on high-value activities that provide a strategic benefit to the functions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading across the full spectrum of HR activities, including talent, performance, development, change management, and reward.
- Ability to drive the strategic HR agenda with senior leaders and educate them on how to effectively utilize HR Centres of Excellence.
- Strong employment law knowledge and ability to identify, assess, and advise on risks at both a company and individual level.
- Understanding of cultural differences in ways of working and ability to coach senior leaders to adapt their style to engage and motivate their teams positively across all geographies.
