Key Responsibilities

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you'll play a critical role in delivering the overall HR agenda and serving as a trusted business partner to your client group. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the full lifecycle of HR activities across your client group
  • Partnering closely with Functional HR Business Partners to support the attainment of HR strategy
  • Nurturing strong relationships and providing guidance to business leaders, managers, and the wider population
  • Developing and implementing talent initiatives across the business
  • Identifying opportunities for professional development initiatives both locally and globally
  • Assisting on global HR projects

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Demonstrable experience in a business partnering capacity
  • Sound knowledge of UK & EU employment law
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships across all levels
  • Effective team player
  • Ability to evaluate and interpret data to determine trends and identify patterns
  • Experience in a matrixed and regulated environment beneficial

Technical & Language Skills

CIPD Level 5 advantageous but not essential. Additional European language beneficial.
