As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting our business leaders and managers in achieving their objectives. You will be responsible for providing strategic HR and talent solutions, establishing strong relationships across the organization, and developing and implementing initiatives to drive business growth and success.

Key Accountabilities

Serve as a trusted business partner to your client group, managing the full lifecycle of HR activities and providing guidance and support throughout the employee lifecycle.

Partner closely with Functional HR Business Partners to support the attainment of HR strategy and deliver business outcomes.

Develop and implement talent initiatives across the business, identifying opportunities for professional development and growth.

Assist on global HR projects and contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.

Knowledge and Experience

Demonstrable experience in a business partnering capacity, with a sound knowledge of employment law and regulations.

Strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships across all levels and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Ability to evaluate and interpret data to determine trends and identify patterns, with experience in a matrixed and regulated environment.

Attributes and Qualities

Be engaged and committed to the organization and the HR function, with a strong sense of accountability and open to feedback.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and be self-confident and resilient.

Technical & Language Skills

CIPD Level 5 advantageous but not essential, with additional European language skills beneficial.
