Planning Policy Lead

West Oxfordshire District Council is seeking an experienced Planning Policy Lead to join our team. As a Planning Policy Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the future of West Oxfordshire by leading the development, monitoring, and review of planning policies.
This includes providing strategic oversight of infrastructure planning, managing Section 106 agreements and the Community Infrastructure Levy, and representing the Council in strategic planning discussions.
The successful candidate will have at least 8 years of planning experience, including 5 years in planning policy or development management, and excellent knowledge of planning policy and guidance.
The estimated salary for this position is £58,000 - £60,879 per annum, depending on experience.
