About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Planning Officer to join our team, who has a strong understanding of planning policy development and implementation. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex data and information.
The ideal candidate will be able to think strategically, provide expert advice and guidance to internal and external customers, and work collaboratively with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Implement Planning Policies: Develop and implement planning policies and strategies that meet the needs of our residents and businesses
Provide Expert Advice: Provide expert advice and guidance on planning matters to internal and external customers
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders to achieve shared goals and outcomes
Analyzer Data and Trends: Analyze data and trends to inform planning decisions and policy development
