Strategic Planning Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Strategic Planning Manager to lead our planning policy function in West Oxfordshire. This pivotal role will drive the strategic planning framework that underpins the growth and sustainability of our district.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in planning policy and will be able to provide strategic oversight of infrastructure planning, including managing Section 106 agreements and the Community Infrastructure Levy.
The role involves leading the Planning Policy Team in developing, monitoring, and reviewing planning policies, representing the Council in strategic planning discussions with stakeholders, neighbouring authorities, and community groups.
The estimated salary for this position is £58,000 - £60,879 per annum, depending on experience.
