Clinical Customer Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our patient services team as a Clinical Customer Support Specialist. As part of this role, you will be supporting the treatment of 100,000 patients across the UK, based in our Harlow contact centre. Your primary responsibility will be handling enquiries about medication, booking deliveries, and coordinating prescriptions. You will play a vital role in ensuring top-notch customer service and making a real difference in people's health.
Our team comes from various backgrounds, including sales, admin, care/support work, and retail.
