We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at Ripple Education in Chester-Le-Street and surrounding regions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our team of educators and contributing to the delivery of high-quality education to children.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for education, be able to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, and be committed to upholding high teaching and learning standards. They will also have a minimum of 2 references, enhanced DBS clearance, and a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or higher.

Key Duties:
  • Providing a safe and inclusive learning environment for children
  • Supporting teachers and other educational staff in the delivery of lessons
  • Contributing to the development of children's skills and knowledge

Requirements:
  • A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or higher
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
  • A minimum of 2 references
