We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Blue Arrow Glasgow. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a professional and efficient experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage meeting room bookings and preparation, including setting up Zoom and Webex
- Coordinate catering requirements for corporate clients and other meetings
- Provide highest level of customer service when greeting clients, including secure sign-in procedure and informing departments/staff of their arrival
- First point of contact for clients and all calls received
- Record all new business enquiries received for reporting purposes
- Assist with day-to-day issues members of staff may be experiencing, addressing with discretion and passing onto the appropriate member of staff where required
- Order stationery, deal with office invoices, and manage petty cash
- Coordinate contractor visits and facility requests
- Provide general admin support for the branch and other Glasgow Offices
- Customer service based role with diary management experience
- Call handling experience, including outbound and inbound calls
- Desirable: Legal office or professional services experience, Microsoft Office, and VisualFiles
