Sales Support Person Required
We are delighted to be partnering with one of Gloucestershire's most exciting businesses to recruit a Sales Support person. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress their career and work with a diverse range of clients.
About the Role
As a Sales Support person, you will work closely with our sales team to ensure that all orders are processed efficiently and effectively. You will also provide administrative support to the wider team, including data entry and report preparation.
Your Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Process sales orders and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and report preparation
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment
- Excellent customer service experience
- Strong administrative abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills

Salary and Benefits
