Job Description:
Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries via telephone and email, as well as liaising with our Field Service engineers.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with Field Service engineers to resolve customer issues
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication skills
- MS Office knowledge
