Job Description:

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries via telephone and email, as well as liaising with our Field Service engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaise with Field Service engineers to resolve customer issues
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • MS Office knowledge
