IRecruit4 are looking for a Customer Journey Manager to join their Sales Order Processing team.

In this key role, you'll take charge of the entire customer journey from setting up new accounts to processing orders and ensuring seamless communication with clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Salary range for this position is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing customer relationships and ensuring timely communication
* Coordinating sales orders and resolving any issues that may arise
* Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and improve processes
