Customer Service Liaison Officer

 

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Liaison Officer to join our team at Bromford.

Your role will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring that they receive the highest level of care and attention. You will work closely with colleagues to develop relationships with customers, complete annual reviews, manage communal repairs, and perform H&S checks on site.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be compassionate and patient, with a genuine understanding of the needs of older people. You will also need to be visible to customers, visiting sites regularly, so a good amount of travelling is required.

This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires someone who is curious, tenacious, and resilient. You will need to have a track record of being self-motivated, flexible, and able to manage your own workload. Experience of working with older people in a customer-focused environment is essential.

The salary for this role is around £25,000 per annum, and an enhanced DBS check is required. A full UK driving licence is also necessary as you may need to support other schemes from time to time.
