As a Customer Experience Director, you will play a key role in shaping our customer-centric strategy and driving business growth through improved service delivery. You will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction, increase revenue, and build brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to drive business growth and improve guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Design and implement training programs to upskill hospitality professionals and improve service delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Results-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Salary Estimate: Based on national averages and industry standards, the estimated salary for this position is around £26,395 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure may vary based on location and performance.
