Sales Order Processing and Customer Service Job Description

This exciting opportunity involves working as a key member of our Sales Order Processing team. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service.

You will be required to maintain accurate records and ensure that customer information is up-to-date on our systems. Additionally, you will contribute towards departmental KPIs and support external Area Sales Managers with administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work accurately with high attention to detail. Proficiency in Sage and CRM software is desirable.

The salary for this role is £25,000 per annum, plus a profit-related pay bonus, 25 days' holiday + bank holidays, private health care, discounts on retailers and restaurants, private pension, cycle to work scheme, free parking, electric charge points, and a carbon-neutral company.
