Care Assistant Role

About the Role

You will be responsible for supporting residents with their daily needs, including personal care and medication administration. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience of caring for older people, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Personal Care and Support: Provide personalized care and support to residents, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Medication Administration: Safely administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to deliver exceptional care and services.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience of caring for older people is essential.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a can-do approach and willingness to learn.
