Housing Support Specialist
We are looking for an experienced Housing Support Specialist to join our team at Bromford.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide housing-related support to vulnerable individuals, including those living on our independent living schemes. This will involve developing relationships with customers, completing annual reviews, managing communal repairs, and performing H&S checks on site.
This is a challenging role that requires someone who is compassionate and patient, with a genuine understanding of the needs of older people. You will also need to be visible to customers, visiting sites regularly, so a good amount of travelling is required.
You will need to have experience of working with older people in a customer-focused environment and be able to build positive relationships with customers. The salary for this role is around £24,500 per annum, and an enhanced DBS check is required. A full UK driving licence is also necessary as you may need to support other schemes from time to time.
