Are you looking for a rewarding role that allows you to make a real difference in people's lives? If so, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

This is a challenging yet fulfilling position as an independent living scheme officer, where you will provide housing-related support to vulnerable individuals residing on Bromford schemes.

  3. Self-motivation, flexibility, and effective time management
  4. Influencing, negotiating, and building positive relationships
  5. Experience working with older people in a customer-focused environment
  6. Understanding and adherence to policies, procedures, and code of conduct

The salary for this role is estimated at £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a competitive offer that reflects the demands and rewards of this position.
