Job Title: Residential Care Assistant

Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our care team as a Residential Care Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, making a real difference in the lives of our residents.

About the Role:

  • Support residents with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

A successful Residential Care Assistant should be empathetic, organised, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
