Senior Care Coordinator Nights

In this challenging yet rewarding Senior Care Assistant role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our elderly residents. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a group of dedicated Care Assistants, ensuring that each resident receives personalized care that respects their dignity and preferences. Your day-to-day tasks will involve assisting the clinical team with medication management, assessments, care planning, and care reviews, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and compassion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver exceptional care and support to residents.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual residents' needs.
- Maintain accurate records of medication administration, assessments, and care reviews.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is a minimum requirement.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar care setting is preferred.
- An empathetic and patient approach is necessary to provide individualized care and support to residents.
