Job Title:

Senior Care Assistant Nights Leader

Location: UK-wide care homes

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

As a Senior Care Assistant at our esteemed care homes, you will lead a team of Care Assistants in providing high-quality care and support to elderly residents. Your role involves supervising and mentoring junior staff members, ensuring residents receive personalized care that respects their dignity and preferences.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Care Assistants
  • Ensure residents' care needs are met through effective planning and coordination
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless delivery of care services

About You

You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care to join us as a Senior Care Assistant. We also require specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
