Care and Support Team Leader

Senior Care Assistant role at Barchester care home:
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will oversee a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You will be responsible for supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of empathy and understanding towards our residents. You will be expected to create a warm, welcoming and vibrant environment that respects their dignity and preferences.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and social care, with relevant qualifications such as an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly is also essential.
