Care Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Assistant - Senior to join our team at an NHS care home. As a senior member of our staff, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants, alongside the Deputy General Manager. You will also support the clinical team in specific areas, such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of clinical care for the elderly. We are looking for individuals who are warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to delivering individualised care and support. If you have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, we would love to hear from you
Main Responsibilities- Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants
- Support the clinical team in specific areas
- Develop and maintain high standards of care
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer ongoing training opportunities to help you develop your career.
