About the Role
Barchester Healthcare is a leading provider of care and support services for older people.
As a Care Assistant at one of our care homes, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. You will assist with daily living tasks, provide emotional support, and help to create a positive and engaging environment.
We are committed to providing the best possible care and support for all our residents, and we are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team. If you have experience of caring for older people and a strong commitment to delivering excellent care, we would like to hear from you.
Salary: £21,000 - £23,500 per annum
You will need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will shine through, but above all, you will have the compassion needed to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all our residents.
