Care and Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Care and Support Specialist to join our team in the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need.
The successful candidate will work as a Regional Care Assistant, delivering warm and empathetic care across a 20-mile radius. They will be responsible for monitoring care delivery, contributing to care planning, and providing support and companionship to residents.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor the delivery of care when on duty
- Contribute to person-centred care planning for each resident
- Record observations on temperature, blood pressure, and other important tasks
