Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Regional Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents across a 20-mile radius.
Key responsibilities include monitoring the delivery of care, contributing to person-centred care planning, and providing emotional support and companionship to our residents. You will also be required to record observations and maintain accurate records.
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in care, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for promoting the wellbeing and independence of older adults.
