Care By Us Ltd is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Adult Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our care delivery team, you will provide exceptional support to individuals in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence, dignity, and self-worth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Companionship: Build meaningful relationships with clients, providing emotional support and preventing loneliness
- Personal Care: Assist with all aspects of personal hygiene, ensuring clients' comfort and dignity
- Medication Management: Collect prescriptions and provide reminders, promoting healthy lifestyle choices
- Mealtimes: Prepare nutritious meals, respecting clients' dietary preferences and needs
- Housekeeping: Maintain clients' homes, creating a safe and comfortable environment
- Mobility Support: Assist with mobility, enabling clients to move around safely and confidently
