Fundraising Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our individual giving strategy, driving growth and innovation in this vital area of fundraising.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Donor Acquisition Fundraiser and In-Memory Fundraiser, and will play a key role in the planning and implementation of our individual giving programme.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive individual giving strategy to increase income and donor engagement
- Managing a team of fundraisers to achieve targets and objectives
- Creating innovative and creative appeals to engage donors and drive income growth
- Building relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, fundraisers, and other teams within the organisation
- Analyzing data and insights to inform fundraising decisions and strategies
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced fundraiser to join our team and make a real impact on the lives of our patients and their families.
