Compliance Officer

Zen Fundraising is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team in Birmingham. As a Compliance Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our fundraising operations maintain the highest standards of compliance and ethics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the quality of work carried out by fundraising teams through in-field observation, mystery shopping, welcome call evaluation, door-to-door shadowing, and KPI reports.
  • Assess the adherence of internal teams to our training systems.
  • Investigate complaints, attend disciplinary meetings, and evaluate the work of tele-fundraisers through call listening.
  • Build good working relationships with all those involved in the programme.
  • Ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures set out by Zen.
  • Adhere to the Fundraising Regulator Code of Conduct, Fundraising Promise, and Code of Practice for Street, Door-to-Door, and Private Site Fundraising.
Requirements:
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize, manage risks, and improve performance.
  • Computer literacy with a basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ideal candidate will have a driver's license and access to a car.
