Compliance Officer Job Description

Zen Fundraising is a family-run business committed to ethical principles. We are seeking a skilled Compliance Officer to ensure our fundraising operations maintain the highest standards of compliance and ethics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the quality of work carried out by fundraising teams through in-field observation, mystery shopping, and KPI reports.
  • Assess leaders' and managers' adherence to our training systems.
  • Investigate complaints, attend disciplinary meetings, and evaluate tele-fundraisers' work through call listening.
  • Build good working relationships with all involved in the programme.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures set out by Zen and the Fundraising Regulator Code of Conduct.
Requirements:
  • Problem-solving skills, prioritization, risk management, and performance improvement.
  • Computer literacy with basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ideal candidate has a driver's license and access to a car.
