Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Willis Towers Watson. As a QA Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with developers and product owners to identify and prioritize testing efforts
  • Design and execute test plans to ensure high-quality software releases
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using JavaScript or TypeScript
  • Analyze and report on testing results, providing actionable insights to improve software quality

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automation testing
  • Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, with experience in unit test style frameworks
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience
