We are seeking a Digital Quality Assurance Professional to join our team at Willis Towers Watson. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in QA roles with a strong understanding of software testing.

About the Role:

  • Work closely with developers and product owners to ensure the quality of business process automation applications.
  • Contribute to test planning meetings and provide inputs on high-level test scenarios, challenges, risks, resources, test estimates, etc.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine user story acceptance criteria and ensure quality is embedded from the requirements analysis phase.
  • Perform exploratory testing against acceptance criteria to ensure new features are introduced to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain test cases and test scripts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing efforts.
  • Provide feedback to development teams on defects and suggested improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in QA roles with a focus on software testing.
  • Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with issue management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.

Compensation: $140,000 - $170,000 per year
