The successful candidate will be responsible for working within our multi-disciplinary team, providing care for frail older people as inpatients and outpatients. They will contribute to the Acute Frailty rota, covering the Frailty Assessment Unit and delivering Geriatric care in local Care Homes.

  1. Provide a first-class clinical service to our patients.
  2. Lead and develop our team, ensuring effective leadership and management.
  3. Contribute to teaching and research, working with King\u0027s College London and KHP.
  4. Undertake all work in accordance with our procedures and policies.
  5. Maintain the confidence of business plans and development strategies.
