Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Nursery Teacher to join our close-knit school community in Islington, starting in January.

About the Role:

  • Deliver engaging lessons that meet the requirements of the Nursery curriculum
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students' social and emotional development
  • Provide individualised support to students based on their unique needs and abilities
  • Collaborate with other educators to develop effective teaching strategies
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of students' achievements and behaviour

The Ideal Candidate:

  • QTS and EYTS qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Education, with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (Nursery)
  • Strong knowledge of the Nursery curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills

Salary:

£35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
