We are seeking an Early Years Education Specialist to join our successful school in Camden, North London. This is a great opportunity for a driven individual who is passionate about working with young children and making a positive impact on their educational journey.

As an Early Years Education Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that support students' social and emotional development and foster a love for learning. You will work collaboratively with a supportive team of educators to contribute to the overall success of the school.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Early Years Education Specialist to join our team in January. As a key member of our staff, you will:

  • Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons that meet the requirements of the Nursery curriculum;
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students' social and emotional development;
  • Provide individualised support to students based on their unique needs and abilities;
  • Collaborate with other educators and professionals to develop and implement effective teaching strategies;
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' achievements and behaviour;
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, ensuring a strong partnership between home and school.

Requirements:

  • QTS, EYTS, PGCE, and strong academic record;
  • Bachelor's degree in Education with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (Nursery) or equivalent;
  • Indepth knowledge and understanding of the Nursery curriculum and assessment frameworks;
  • Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues;
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver lessons;
  • A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students' learning and development;
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the school and students.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
