We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Early Years SEND Manager to join our team at North London Nannies.

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a curriculum that meets the needs of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, local authority, and OFSTED requirements
  • Working closely with the Head of Clinical Services and Operations Director to develop an effective curriculum
  • Maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for children, staff, and others
  • Managing nursery staff, placement students, and volunteers
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum GCSE level with passes in four or more subjects, including English and Maths
  • Childcare qualifications to level 4 from a recognised awarding scheme
  • Fully trained in the Early Years Foundation Stage and safeguarding children at Designated Lead level
  • Experience working with children with Special Needs
  • Dedication to maintaining an environment that fosters continuous improvement
