Job Title: Weekend Nanny for a Loving Family in London and Hampshire

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Weekend Nanny to join our family in London and our weekend home in Hampshire. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of professional childcare experience, specifically with toddlers and preschool-aged children. They will be responsible for caring for our three delightful daughters, aged 4.5, 4.5, and 2.5, including dressing, bathing, meal prep, playing, and activities. The nanny will also be responsible for tidying up and occasional children's laundry.


Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional childcare experience, specifically with toddlers and preschool-aged children.
• Background in early childhood education or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong organizational abilities for managing routines and meal prep.
• Creative in planning fun and educational activities that promote learning through play.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents.
• Positive and energetic demeanour.
• Firm yet loving approach to discipline and care.
• Adaptable and flexible to meet family needs.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of Swedish is a bonus.
• Committed to working Friday afternoon (approx. 2:30 - 4PM start) until Sunday evening (approx. 7 PM).
• Willing to live in with accommodation provided (own bedroom and bathroom).
• Open to occasional travel to London and holiday destinations (e.g., Sweden, America, France, Switzerland).
• Preferred but not required: driving skills.
• Ability to work in a multi-staffed household.
• Up-to-date Enhanced DBS (we can help you apply).
• Recent Paediatric First Aid certificate.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Able to run after young children.
• Be available long term.
• Please note this is a strictly non-smoking position.
