Weekend Nanny for a Loving Family

We are seeking a highly skilled and nurturing Weekend Nanny to join our loving family with three delightful daughters: twin girls aged 4.5 years and a younger sister aged 2.5 years. As a Weekend Nanny, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and creating a safe and engaging environment for our children to learn and thrive.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a fun and warm family setting, with a mix of shared care and sole charge. You will have the chance to plan fun and enriching activities, from outdoor adventures in the beautiful Hampshire countryside to imaginative indoor play. Our family values the importance of play in education and seeks someone who shares this philosophy.
The ideal candidate will be positive, energetic, and organized, with a firm yet loving approach to discipline and care. You will be responsible for caring for our children, including dressing, bathing, meal prep, playing, and activities, as well as tidying up and occasional children's laundry. You will also be required to work in a multi-staffed household and be able to run after young children.
We are looking for someone who is able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents. You will be required to have a minimum of 5 years of professional childcare experience, specifically with toddlers and preschool-aged children. A background in early childhood education or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
The role requires a strong organizational ability for managing routines and meal prep, as well as creative skills for planning fun and educational activities. You will be required to be available long-term and have a right to work in the UK. We can help you apply for an Enhanced DBS and Paediatric First Aid certificate.
Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking position. We are looking for someone who is able to commit to working Friday afternoon until Sunday evening, with occasional travel to London and holiday destinations.
Requirements- Minimum of 5 years in professional childcare, specifically with toddlers and preschool-aged children.
