Job Overview:

The successful candidate will work as an Early Years Nursery Teacher in our partner school in Islington, London. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of children aged 3-5 years old, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth among students.
  • Maintain open communication with colleagues, parents, and guardians to ensure seamless collaboration and support.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification with a specialism in Early Years.
  • Proven experience working in a nursery or Early Years setting, preferably within a school environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and families.
  • Creativity, enthusiasm, and a nurturing approach to teaching.
