Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the child's emotional regulation and self-esteem through focused 1:1 interaction
  • Collaborate with the class teacher and SEN team to implement strategies for engagement and inclusion
  • Adapt to the child's needs and use initiative to overcome challenges
Requirements:
  • Desirable experience in EYFS, but passion and dedication are key
  • Prior experience supporting children with high emotional needs is highly advantageous
  • Must hold an Enhanced DBS or be open to processing one through Reeson Education
