Salary: Up to £65,000 basic pay, with potential earnings exceeding £100,000 through uncapped commission.

Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for driving heat pump sales across the Cambridge, Oxford, London, and Reading areas. This role involves building relationships with commercial renewables contractors, quoting and securing orders, and providing expert advice on design and selection. Key skills and qualifications include commercial renewables product knowledge, established industry contacts, and a proven track record in new business sales.
  • Able to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
  • Strong understanding of thermodynamic systems and heat pump technology
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the renewable energy sector and a drive to succeed. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
