Mcxtend is looking for a highly motivated Commercial Contract Executive to join its team. As a key member of the company's commercial operations, you will play a vital role in shaping the organization's growth and development.
Job Summary:This exciting opportunity involves working closely with the Finance Director to develop and implement commercial strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and driving business growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Draft, review, and maintain standard commercial contracts portfolio
- Negotiate non-standard commercial contracts, identifying and mitigating risks
The successful candidate will have a Law degree (desirable) and extensive experience working in a bid/commercial team. They should also be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of contract law.
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per annum-
