We are a dynamic company seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

This role offers a unique opportunity for an individual who is passionate about driving business growth and achieving success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Develop and motivate a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results and meet targets.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and leverage our accredited qualifications to drive business growth.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on sales metrics, forecasts, and other management requirements.
  • Contract Management: Establish and oversee supply agreements and contracts.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize your General Engineering background to provide technical insights and support to the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in Sales with excellent leadership skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and familiarity with the existing marketplace.
  • Ability to generate presentations, costings, and quotes.
  • Experience in qualifying prospective customers and developing close customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player with a collaborative approach.

About the Role

The salary range for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with a passion for sales and a background in General Engineering.
