Employee Relations and Change Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Employee Relations and Change Specialist to join our team at Guide Dogs. As a key member of our People & Performance - Human Resources department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and engagement of our employees.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on employment and change-related issues to a range of stakeholders. This will include consultation and change management initiatives, as well as resolving complex employee relations issues up to and including dismissal and employment tribunals.
Key to your success will be your excellent communication, conflict resolution, and mediation skills, as well as your strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices. You will also have experience delivering a proactive ER and Change service in various sectors, with a proven ability to build highly effective working relationships with line managers and senior leadership.
You will work closely with our senior leaders to embed workplace culture within day-to-day HR activity, using your data analysis skills to track trends in employee relations and wellbeing. A competitive salary of £43,493 per annum reflects the importance of this role, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a generous pension scheme, annual leave, life assurance, and enhanced pay for parenting and sickness leave.
