Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Services Administrator to join our team at Inizio. As a key member of our Technical Services department, you will provide exceptional support and attention to detail, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to develop a career in Fleet Administration. You will work closely with our team and suppliers to provide administrative support, follow up on tasks, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the 1link platform for authorization, reporting, and recharging of vehicle repairs
  • Capture all OOH callout charges and process invoices
  • Obtain and provide parts quotes for Inizio vehicles and compile repair invoices
  • Input parts invoices onto our IT system and create invoices for repairs carried out by our in-house mechanics
  • Monitor vehicle downtime through 1link and company systems, and submit loss of use claims to vehicle manufacturers
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office suite and maintain accurate records
